Kupala’s night is mysterious. According to the folk beliefs:

Couples can check their ties strength. They have to jump over Kupala’s bonfire 3 times clutching their  hands. If hands never break off, their feelings are strong and true.

Those who wash with Kupala’s dew won’t get ill during the year and medical herbs& flowers gathered this magic night are considered the most curative.

Unmarried women can weave the wreath with flowers and grasses and let it float in the water. The way it flows the place your future husband lives. If it drowns the youngster fell out of love with that girl and they won’t get married.
